Ross E. Taubman, D.P.M.
Dr. Ross E. Taubman has been in practice in Maryland since 1985 and in Howard County since 1988. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1979 and then immediately began his medical training at the California College of Podiatric Medicine (CCPM) in San Francisco.

Stephen D. Palmer, D.P.M.
Dr. Stephen D. Palmer is Columbia Foot & Ankle Associates' sports medicine specialist. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Life Sciences. While at Kansas State, Dr. Palmer participated in intercollegiate soccer, track and cross country. He then attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he earned his DPM degree in 1996.

John R. Hawkins, IV, D.P.M.
Dr. John R. Hawkins IV was born and raised in the backyards of Columbia Foot and Ankle Associates offices, in Silver Spring, Maryland. After graduating from Paint Branch High school, he then attended Hampton University, from which he graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Hawkins then moved to New York, NY to begin his career in medicine where he attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, earning his DPM degree in 2004, while also being involved with numerous student government activities.
